I recently closed two successful self-storage deals with Nathan. In both of those cases Nathan was extremely responsive, insightful and had his finger on the pulse of the market. These are critical traits that made him the right broker for us. Through his extensive network, Nathan was able to identify potential buyers for our facility. His experience in dealing with a wide variety of regional and national buyers helped him to appropriately identify which buyers would be easier to work with compared to others.
