Luke Dawley

Luke Dawley joined the Hatcher Coe Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2019 as a financial analyst, prior to becoming an agent with the team. In his first three years as an agent, Luke has closed over $136 million in self storage transactions including single property deals as well as selling one of the largest self storage portfolios in Northern New York. He primarily focuses on the Northeast region of the United States, including states such as Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, and more. Luke consistently strives to make over 100 calls per day to self-storage owners, demonstrating his strong work ethic and determination. He strives to provide his clients with exceptional service while acquiring the highest sale prices for each self-storage transaction.
